Issue:
- First receipt of the day or suddenly in the middle of the day, when trying to print a receipt users gets an error message
Resolution:
- This is a known issue - OSI is aware.
Workaround:
1. Have users reboot the workstation right when they get in
2. Open OSI, Transactions\Teller\Printer Status
3. Highlight the printer and click on the Open button
OR
Call the Helpdesk, ext 4357 - we will remote in and manually start the services needed and click on the Recovery tab and change all three options (First, Second and Subsequent) failure(s) to Restart the Service.
