Lync - Disable Automatic Startup

Disable Lync Automatic Startup

  (see attached for detailed instructions)

1. Click the ‘Gear’ icon (to the right of Sign in) – if you click on the drop-down arrow, select Tools \ Options
2. From the left column select personal
3. Uncheck both the two top boxes (Automatically start Lync …. And Show Lync in …..)
4. Click OK and X out of the Lync window.
