Email Colors - Bold Text is Reversed

Issue:

Usually the Header of emails I have not read is bold and preview text is not but for some reason it switched around and it's difficult to tell which ones I've read and which ones I haven't

Resolution:

Cick on VIEW in the top menu

In the ribbon, the Current View section:

If Rest View is not grayed out, select it. A message will display "are you shure you want to reset the veiw Message" to it's original settings?"  Select Yes

This will open the Reading Pane but if you do not want to use it you can close it by going up to the ribbon, in the Layout section, click on Reading Pane and click OFF

If Rest View is grayed out, click on Change View, click Single View (this will change it back to the original settings) and then you can turn off the Reading Pane if you would like.

To have this look apply to other mailboxes, click on Change View \ Apply Current View to Other Mailboxes and select desired mailboxes. Click the drop-down arrow to access and select mailboxes under primary mailboxes
