OSI - All Notes Inquiry

The inquiry will display all person/organization notes AND account notes on one screen.

FEATURES:

• Change the Hide checkboxes to adjust the notes displayed
• Search for specific text in a note by typing text in the Filter Notes by field and clicking Apply Note Filter
• Sort notes by any column by clicking the heading of that column.

HOW TO VIEW:

You can access the All Notes query from Relationship Profile, a Person, or Organization record.

• Relationship Profile > More > All Notes (More is in the top menu bar of the screen)
• Edit Person > Additional > All Notes
• Edit Organization > Additional > All Notes
