Cannot Make Payment to Members Account - OSI Error Message

 

Issue:

Error when trying to make payment to members MasterCard account

 

Resolution:

On the error message, click Continue - it goes to Relationship profile but it's not populated.  Then click External tab, can see MasterCard and able to make the payment.

 

Issue:

Error when trying to make payment to members loan account

 

Resolution:

Going to a blank Transaction Express screen and typing in the loan number

 

Issue:

Members Auto Loans are not displaying under the Relationship Profile.

 

Resolution:

This issue is being address with OSI.
