System Sluggish - Fixing Corrupted Files in Windows 7

Issue:

Slow connections

Try to print it just spins and then whites out (Not Responding). When trying to open the Devices and Printers is takes a very long time for the printers to display (up to 15 mins) and if select a printer it spins and then stops responding.

Resolution:

Run from Admin Command Prompt:
sfc /scannow (will repair corrupt files)
