Installing Printer Issues \ PCL XL Error

 

 

Stop "Print Spooler" service first

Then base on your platform delete all keys below the version-3

for 32 bit

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT x86\Drivers\Version-3

for 64 bit

     HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3

Go to the folder "3"

C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3        (or drivers\x64\3)

rename it to "3.old"

Start the "Print Spooler" again and install your printers
