Network Drive - File on U Drive Not Available

Issue:

• Can't open files on my U drive, it says it is not available

Resolution:

• Locate Computer icon on your desktop
• Double Click Computer icon to display the computer panel
• Double Click on your U drive to display your files
• On the Menu bar, Click the Work online option
• Retry opening your documents
