If a user calls to report that their Mozilla Firefox will not open when they click on it (does nothing)…. It’s because an update was pushed but it did not uninstall the old version so now the system has two versions and does not know which one to run
Go into Add\Remove Programs to see if they have 2 versions. Delete the oldest version then while still in Add\Remove programs highlight the remaining one and click on Uninstall\Change.
Select Repair and at the popups select Refresh Firefox
Once it open (may show “oops, this is embarrassing” message), try connecting to Google and then have the user connect to the desired webpage
