Only ask to unlock a user from an application if the user is not available to close out themselves.

First Contacts Call or Email:

  • Joe Gonzalez, ext. 7397

 

Backup Contacts:

If Becky or Joe are not available please call the Help Desk, ext.4357

If they do not answer, please send an IslandTicket, setting the Priority as High. Many times they are on calls but are still able to work tickets.
