This is how to remote to the iMAC at the Call Center

We use VNC Viewer to remote to iMACs

Program installed from: \\helpdeskstor\helpdesk\VNC\vnc-E4_3_2-x86_x64_win32\vnc-E4_3_2-x86_x64_win32

VNC Server: 10.15.20.149

Encryption: let VNC Server Choose

Password: (the helpdesk standard) or it’s in KeePass
