The wallboard PC sticks are up and running at the contact center:

1. HQCOCEWALL1            10.50.1.241
2. HQCOCEWALL2            10.50.1.240

 

-Static DNS host records for these were added to our DNS server.

-Windows Firewall for these were turned off.  

-Remote desktop to these PCs are allowed using the users HELPDESK and KIOSKUSR.

-These systems are not part of the nifcu.org domain.

 

Please apply network/firewall rules to these devices that you think are needed.

When you login type the following:

For HQCOCEWALL1:

Username: HQCOCEWALL1\kioskusr

Password: Testing#2

 

For HQCOCEWALL2:

Username: HQCOCEWALL2\kioskusr

Password: Testing#2
