RAdmin - Cannot Access Workstation

Issue:

Trying to use RAdmin (Remote Administrator) to access remote PC but getting "Cannot connect to the server."  We are able to ping the workstation as wel as access that system via Remote Desktop.

Resolution:

Try to connect to the workstation using the IP address instead of the workstation name

If that doesn't work, Remote Desktop to the PC, go to Start \ Programs \ RAdmin Server 3

Click on Start RAdmin Server

Disconnect Remote Desktop and retry Remote Administrator (if name doesn't work use IP)

If either case, if using the IP address works, be sure to change your Connection Address (the Computer Name can remain the same)
