Outlook - Personal Folders Creating Issues with Outlook

Issue:

cannot get into my U drive saved e-mails

also:

When opening Outlook, message that there was an issue with a file the program was trying to access

Resolution:

Went to the location on the U drive - a .bak file and additional .txt file had been created yesterday.

Deleted both of them and user was able to get in

Or you may need to recreate Users Outlook profile
