Cannot get into Administration to access User password unlock\reset in NITST1

Issue:

Cannot get into Administration to access User password unlock\reset in NITST1. Get an error message: Current module was not initialized due to additional signo-on inforamtion not passing verification:.... (see attached screen shot)

Resolution:

Log off from DNA and rename your C:\Offline folder to C:\Offline_old. Then try again
