Encrypted Email Verification

To verify if an email was sent encrypted, check the logs based on how it was sent (Outlook-Barracuda Encrytion or SendFile)

From Outlook, encrypted by Barracuda

1. Open your Outlook,
2. Click on File,                        
3. Click on Barracuda Networks
4. Once it’s open, Click on View Log
5. Click View Log
6. The log will open (see attachment for example)
7. It will be time stamped with when you sent it and whom you sent it to.
8. The recipient will receive an email (see attachment for example)

If you would like a receipt sent to your email for encrypted files you send, you can use FileSend either using the icon on your desktop or this link:

Go near the bottom of the page,

Make sure to check the “Send Me a Copy” box.
