Wallboards Are Down Or Not Displaying Updated Information and Need to be Rebooted

Issue:

Wallboard are down or not displaying updated information and need to be rebooted

  

Resolution:

Please follow this procedure to reboot the Wallboard PCs:

 

  1. Remote desktop to HQCOCEWALL1 (10.50.1.241)
  2. Login as HQCOCEWALL1\KIOSKUSR
  3. Password is Testing#2
  4. Go to the CMD prompt
  5. Type ‘shutdown /r’ and press Enter
  6.  This PC should restart

 

Follow steps 1 -6 to reboot HQCOCEWALL2 (10.50.1.245) 

PC is connected to HDMI1

To power off the wallboard, disconnect power from the surge protector. Then once power is back on you MUST press the reset button on the PC stick which is located at the bottom, middle section

May need to reboot the PC a couple of times if unable to ping
