Issue:
Desktop scanner is not working. System does not recognize the scanner or drivers. In Device Manager it is seen as Other Devices \ USB2.0 SCANNER and not Imaging Devices \ DocketPORT 667
Resolution:
The scanner is bad and needs to be replaced.
