Issue:
- IDs that are scanned using the small desktop scanner are really dark
Resolution:
- Calibrated desktop scanner

- Open VerantID ScanID, Select Tools \ Calibrate Scanner
- Have user insert calibration paper (in Docketport 667 box in cabinet - white paper, black licence shaped box on it)
- Then have them test scanning a business card to test image
