Network Printers Disappeared

Issue:

• Network printers are not listed

Resolution:

• First try gpupdate /force. Then proceed with the following steps:

1.  
   1. Start\CMD – Highlight CMD, press Shift and right-click on CMD
   2. Select Run as Different User – use your elevated rights
   3. Type:  Net stop spooler (the printer spooler will stop)
   4. Type: Net start spooler (the printer spooler will start)
   5. Go to Devices and Printers and hit F5 to refresh the page until the desired printer displays.
   6. Right-click on that printer and select Set as Default Printer.
