Issue:
- Network printers are not listed
Resolution:
- First try gpupdate /force. Then proceed with the following steps:

- Start\CMD – Highlight CMD, press Shift and right-click on CMD
- Select Run as Different User – use your elevated rights
- Type: Net stop spooler (the printer spooler will stop)
- Type: Net start spooler (the printer spooler will start)
- Go to Devices and Printers and hit F5 to refresh the page until the desired printer displays.
- Right-click on that printer and select Set as Default Printer.
