Flexapp 1003 - Printing Disclosures

Issue:

• Myisland online flex application. When I log on to print out the online application, it will only allow me to print out the 1003 and I am not able to print out the rest of the disclosures. It is not allowing me to save the 1003 to the LOS

Resolution:

• Clear user IE History and Reset and Restore the Advanced settings
• Close all IE windows and retry
