Outlook 2013 - Inbox not Updating, Not Receiving Scans, VM not going to Inbox, Showing Disconnected

 

Issue:

Users Inbox not updating, not receiving scanned items or showing Disconnected

 

Resolution:

Close Outlook.

Control Panel \ Remove Default Profile \ Add (name profile Outlook) Allow the system to "discover" user (this may take a while, be patient).

Retry Outlook - Should see Users mailboxes updating at the bottom
