North Island Cash Recycler - Buy Cash Requiring Manager Override

Issue:

The tellers cannot buy cash unless a manager overrides each cash buy on the machine terminal.

Resolution:

Since each teller has a $50,000 limit, once that is reached the manger must authorize additional buys.

If this occurs as the beginning of the day, it usually because during the prior days totally, the balance did not clear.

The tape may show the balance cleared but the system did not clear.
