Run as administrator helper then desktop. Put helper icon on desktop.

+ write & record on notebook

+ connect pen to computer (non-wifi)

+ open livescribes helper application and click on sync

+ login to Evernote and play recording (compatible to IE 10, Chrome, or Firefox)
