Canon Printer - Setting Up User for Scan E-Mail Capability

How to setup Scan E-mail capability

On the Printer

• Go to Send Option
• Select Reg Option (bottom right)
• Select Register One-Touch
• Choose an Open number slot (without name or employee that have left)
• Select Register/Edit
• Select E-mail Tab
• Enter User name for
  • Name: User Name
  • One-Touch Button Name: User Name
  • Enter User E-mail Address
    • E-mail Address: username@myisland.com
