NetInsights - Update process was unsuccessful

ISSUE:

• When going into NetInsights, it returns the following:

The NetInisght update process was unsuccessful.  No previously imported data has been lost, but the reports wil not be available until the next time this profile is updated.

RESOLUTION/ANSWER:

The following process must be executed on the server, C:\ProgramFiles\NetInsght\

• Login to Server
• Go to Command Prompt
• C:\
• cd ProgramFiles  enter
• cd NetInsight enter
• Copy, paste, execute each line below (rt-click copy, rt-click paste, enter):                                                                     
• nettracker reports -abort                                              
• nettracker reports -purgeresults                                       
• nettracker reports -reindex-missing                                    
• nettracker reports -recalc
