Bit 9 Desktop Enforcement Level Change Instructions

***Be sure to use Chrome***

 

First navigate to https://bit9.nifcu.org/login.php in your browser. Click Advanced following the warning and continue on to the console.

 

Log into Bit9 using your primary Active Directory credentials.

Start typing the Host Name and it should fill in for you:

Click Search.

 

Click the Link for the computer:

Click Change Policy:

Under Change Policy, adjust NICU-High Enforcement Desktops to NICU-Low Enforcement Desktops and click Go.

When finished, place computer back in NICU-High Enforcement Desktops.

 

For Group Enforcement

Let the Security Team do it but run the install on one workstation and let them know the Host Name so they can track the .dlls for global approval
