CardWizard - IR_CardWizard_Inventory_2010_01_13

Description Of Incident:

•  FA-280794 performed card inventory transactions via the CardWizard Administrator application. The transactions did not produce the expected results.

Cause:

•  Cardwizard Application on Workstation had become corrupted.

Resolution:

•  Reinstalled CardWizard Application
