In-House Application Cannot Be Emailed

User completed an In-House Application but gets an mail server error when the Submit button is clicked

There is an issue with the In-House applications being emailed when Outlook Web is the users email application.

The application should be completed and sent on a workstation that has Office 2013 installed and Outlook 2013 account setup.
