Mitel - Agent Icon Not on Taskbar

Issue:

When logged into the Agent, the icon does not appear in the Open Applications Taskbar. I have to go to the Hidden Icons arrow, right-click on it and RESTORE.

Resolution:

In the program go to File \ Options

Uncheck "Hide when minimized"
