Copy the Mitel Phone Client folder from \\islandstor\Windows_7_Packages\Misc\ Mitel Phone Client into C:\temp

Run Client Setup Component Pack as an Admin

Click Continue

Accept \ Accept \ Install

Yes \ Yes \ Yes \ Yes \ Yes

Expand Client Component Pack and click on This Feature will be installed on local hard drive.

Keep all defaults

Lower Bit9

Copy the MItel Phone Client folder from\\helpdeskstor\general\Mitel into C:\temp

Run the Client_Client as an Admin

Keep all defaults

After the install it will ask "How do you want to run" - just exit.
