Issue:
Unable to log in to CTIOS Webview. Getting error message: Invalid User name or password. Try again.
Resolution:
Select Tools \ Internet Options
Compatability View Settings - Uncheck all boxes
Security tab \ Trusted Sites \ click on the Sites button and ensure the "Required server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" is unchecked.
Close all IE Windows and retry
If still an issue, try clearing History and cache (Advanced tab \ Reset) - Go back in and verify the above settings
If that does not work, try this:
In AD, reset the "webview reports" user (located in AD under: nifcu(local)\Cisco_ICM\nicu\IPCC) password to: R3porter.
AFTER COMPLETELY ALL ABOVE STEPS DID NOT WORK UNTIL I CLICKED ON CERTIFICATE (RIGHT SIDE OF TOOLBAR, IN RED) AND INSTALLED THE CERTIFICATE (waiting to hear from user if she has the problem again to see if the certificate fixes it)
