Do not have the option to select 1920 x 1080 resolution

Download 3020 graphics driver from \\helpdeskstor\General\Video Driver 3020\Video_Driver_MW8G3_WN32_10.18.14.4170_A16

To make it a bit larger:

Right click on a blank spot on the desktop, select Graphic Properties\ Display

Set resolution to 1440 x 900 and then Scaling to Scale Full Screen
