FIS e-Access Error Message
Issue:
- Virginia Jensen may send an email to the Helpdesk.
- If so, the email below should be sent out to the IslandTeam.
- If a branch calls, have user send you a screen shot of error so you have error code and transaction if needed.
Solution:
- Call FIS Member Solutions – Company Security Code can be found in Keypass (FIS eAccess (ChexSystems).
- They will usually let you know that they have a ticket open with their vendor (and will give you an ETA if they have one).
- Send an email to Island Team:

Subject: ChexSystems - Technical Error message
Team,
ChexSystems QualiFile Service is returning the below error.
Per FIS Support, there is an open ticket on their end.
We will provide an update as soon as more information is available.
