Webinar - Will Not Start\Join

Cannot get into a Webinar

I’m trying to attend a webinar but it’s wanting to install a program first.

Try calling the Help Desk for assistance but if you are unable to reach a tech and it’s Start Time for the WebEx:

Click on the “Still having trouble? Run a temporary applicationto join this meeting immediately or view more options.” This will allow you to attend the meeting and then after the meeting, contact the Help Desk for assistance (for detail, see attached for screenshot).
