Hi all,

As you know, earlier this year we deployed an updated guest wireless system throughout headquarters. For security purposes, access to this system requires approval from our department once the guest has logged into our system and made the request. If you are hosting guests who will need access to the wireless please advise them they should be here no less than 15 minutes before their demo start time in order to get logged in, receive approval and test their system.

We are working with our vendor to allow our help desk to provide approval so we have several resources who can address the request. In the meantime , if you will send the help desk an email a day in advance to let them know you have someone coming in and the time you expect them we will be able to more quickly address this.
