We are pleased to introduce our new Employee Intranet http://intranet.
The site is under ongoing development and you’ll see many enhancements in the weeks ahead.
This site is secure, so you’ll be prompted for a username and password.
Click the box, “Windows Authentication” and wait for your name/password to appear, then click Submit:
During the initial rollout, the Intranet will primarily be used to access credit union procedures. You’ll find that it’s much easier to locate documents utilizing the search function of the website. While not all procedures have been loaded at this time, this should be your first resource to ensure the most current and accurate version is retrieved.
In the search box (upper-right corner), type in key words regarding the document that you’re searching for. The more unique the search term, the more effective the results.
If you do not find a document or procedure on the new Intranet, you may need to visit “IslandNet” to find your document. For a period of time, both sites will be accessible while we convert content to the new Intranet. Both sites will also have links between them to allow you to easily access both areas.
Keep watching in the weeks to come and you’ll see more content and Department websites being released. There’s a lot in store!
