Lync Not Starting at Logon

User has Lync access but it's not starting when logged on. Have to go into All Programs \ Microsoft Office and start Lync from there.

Lync needs to be added to Windows Startup - C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
