Not Able to Save Links to Favorites \ No U Drive Mapping

Issue:

User cannot save anything to Favorites

Resolution:

This is because there is no U drive mapping (which is where User Favorites are saved)

Fix is to readded the mapping to User profile in Active Directory (seems to not take the first time)

Have the User log off\on and the U drive should be mapped

User is then able to add to My Favorites
