Outlook 2013 - No Encrypt Option for Emails

 

Barracuda is not compatible with Office 2013 so even though it is Enabled, it is in the Inactive group.

You have to try and Activate it. It may take several attempts (Toke me 7) to get it to take.

File \ Options \ Add-Ins \

At the bottom with COM-Add-ins in the Manage box, click on the Go button

Check the box for Barracuda Spam & Virus Firewall Outlook Add-In and click OK

Close Outlook. Wait about 30 seconds and then open Outlook.

Look for the Barracuda Mark as Spam in the top toolbar

If the Add-in Enables, you may see a message bar about an Add-in Problem.

Click on View

"Outlook got an Outlook detected an add-in problem"

Click on Always enable this add-in

 

REMEMBER: It may take several attempts

Uninstalled Barracuda and reinstalled using the file Gonz put together for x32 located in \\helpdeskstor\general\BsfOutlookAddIn-6.0.53.0_x86
