Outlook - Empty Auto-Complete List
Issue
- This e-mail message cannot be delivered to 'UserName' X because the e-mail address is no longer valid.
- If user’s old email address does not correct itself after re-establishing email address.
Resolution
- How-To: Empty Auto-Complete List from Outlook
- Go to File => Option => Mail => Click Empty Auto-Complete List button
