Outlook - Empty Auto-Complete List

Issue

  • This e-mail message cannot be delivered to 'UserName' X because the e-mail address is no longer valid.
  • If user’s old email address does not correct itself after re-establishing email address.

Resolution

  • How-To: Empty Auto-Complete List from Outlook
  • Go to File => Option => Mail => Click Empty Auto-Complete List button
