A Branch Reporting OSI Slow

Issue:

• Branch calls to report OSI very slow and some workstations frozen

Resolution:

• Checked http://orionnpm (password in KeePass), Netflow, select the branch and check the last graph, Top 5 Conversations
• If IslandMgmt is spiking the branch tell Jason. He will stop what is being pushed.
• Wait a few mins and then check back with user regarding speed
