Outlook – Recalling a Sent Email

 

Issue:

  • Recalling a sent email

 

Resolution:

  1. Go into Sent Items
  2. Open the email you would like to recall
  3. From the Ribbon, in the Move section, click on the Actions drop-down arrow and select Recall this message
  4. Choose the action you want to take with the message and click OK
