CTIOS - CISCO Supervisor Monitor Screen Not Able to View

 

The screen is open as indicated by the duplicate CISCO icon on the taskbar but the “monitoring screen” will not display.

  • Place the cursor on the CISCO icons on the taskbar
  • Right-click on the supervisor application
  • Select Maximize.
  • Now Resize the box
    • Click and hold on the top of the window
    • Drag toward the top of the screen.
  • This should produce a small box that you can click\hold on the bottom corner and drag to the desired size.
Choose files or drag and drop files
