Description Of Incident:
- Kelli located the missing image and notified Mike Glogowski. The image looked fine internally on Friday when validated, but was not displaying externally.
Cause:
- Manual error, hard-coded link to image was saved into source code. Hard-coded path was to the internal file, thus it looked fine internally.
Resolution:
- Updated text file and image was displaying externally.
