Description Of Incident:
- Members who previously enrolled in e-statements then closed all their accounts; later reopened a new account and signed up for e-statements were getting charged a fee
Cause:
- The account-pref table that holds the accounts for e-statement users is not being rebuilt everyday, because it causes other e-statement issues
Resolution:
- Scot was able to identify these members and update the account-pref table. We now run a daily job to check for these instances
