ACA Beneifts Notices from HCRToolbox - IE Settings

For those employees who maybe experiencing problems accessing the HCRToolbox page to verify receipt of ACA benefit notice, please check your Internet Explorer settings by:

• In Internet Explorer, click on “Tools”
• From the drop down menu, ensure that “Pop-Up Blocker” and “Compatibility View Settings” are not checked. If they are checked, uncheck these options by clicking on them
• Close all Internet Explorer windows
• Re-access the HRCToolbox email and click the “Click here” hyperlink to access the HCRToolbox page
• If you are still not able to access the HCRToolbox page, please contact NICU’s Helpdesk for assistance
