Adobe pdf - How do I save a password protected file without a password?

Issue:

Received a password protected .pdf attachment in an email but need to save it without the password protection

Resolution:

1. Open in Adobe Acrobat.

2. Use File > Properties

3. Go to Security tab

4. Set Security method to None

5. Give password when prompted

6. SAVE AS and save the file to the desired location.
