Outlook - Cannot Open .fnm (Fannie Mae) Attachments

Received email with .fnm attachment but cannot open it.

Attachments with .fnm extensions come from Fannie Mae and must be imported into DU (Desktop Underwriter)

The files can be saved on the desktop and then imported into DU as it is in the FNMA format.
