RASPlus - Installing Software

RASPlus Workstation Client  Install and Config - see attachment for detailed instructions and branch camera IP addresses

Copy to C:\Temp (can be installed Not Under the User logon however will rerun install and need setup when user opens)

Right-click on Setup and select Run as Administrator

Visual C++ Install:  Click Install

  

Welcome Wizard: click Next

Confirm Install: click Next

 

 

Install RAS – Do Not check the box to run RASPlus at Windows logon.  Click Next

 

RASPlus will begin to install

 

Click the drop-down arrow and select “Always start RASplus using the language below”   Click OK

Uncheck the box to Install MSXML. 

You will install it next.

Click Finish

Run the msxml as a Different User – enter elevated rights

Select Run

 

Select Install Now.  Click Next

Click Finish and close RASPlus Install

  Open the RASPlus program.

 You may get the Language Option again. Just select Always start RASplus….

 Viewing:  Always change the number of cameras to four – Should NEVER view more than four

 

Adding Remote Site to Workstation

(if user is getting a new PC and already had RASPlus setup on another PC and has access to that PC: go to c:\RASPlus and copy the RASplus_Setup file to their U drive. Then on the new PC after installing RASPlus, copy that file from the U drive to the c:\RASPlus)

Open RASPlus
